Anyway, while I'm at it.
1. High School-GC, I predicted them to finish either 7-3 or 8-2. They may even go 4-6. Not a good year at all. I am also surprised at PV. I predicted them to go no worse than 8-2. They might go 6-4 or finish out 7-3. They'll have their hands full against Appalachia, who has also surprised me. I didn't think the will would be there after the loss and it's a good thing the will is obviously there.
2. College-Miami Hurricanes. I didn't expect to do the way they are now.
3. NFL-haven't followed it much.
Im not sure how PV would be considered a surprise, losing the same amount as last year, yet 1 less LPD game so far, I would have to Burton is the biggest surprise, Burton is much better than last year and much better than people had given them credit for.

I agree we have a coaching probably, but not convinced it's Coach Colobro. When you have PV 4th and 1, and the kids are standin around with their arms up askin for the play and the defensive coordinator is standing there with his arms crossed.......there's a problem there somewhere. We've got, in my opinion, the best defensive coordinator in the state sittin in the press box. Whether that's his choice or not, I dunno. It just seems like a change is needed. Gate City's defense used to be feared, the past few years it has turned into a joke.

Maybe we can post about Reed the way the PV fans posted about Crockett and run him off! I just wonder if it was him that taught them how to hand tackle. Sometimes I wonder if its Reeds teachings or the heart of the kids or maybe both. There just doesnt seem to be much effort on the kids side. I mean I think it was 3rd and goal from the 19 and the pass goes to Lawson(pv) and the kids just try and do some kind of one hand grab to take him down. What happened to tackling? What happened to wrapping up and hitting hard?
